I can’t work my remote control, how do I do this?

Orders made within 30 days can be returned to us free post for a refund or replacement. Orders returned after 30 days but within 1 year of purchase can be replaced but the customer needs to cover the shipping cost to return the item. The customer can use an insured shipping method to protect the item from losses.
