If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us at Unit 11 Redbank Court, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M4 4HF without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this Contract. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
To obtain a refund or exchange of Goods you must first contact us by telephone on +44(0)161 956 2324. If an refund or exchange is permitted we will issue you with an RMA number and a free postage label via email.
Goods must be returned in the package they arrived in, along with all accessories and package contents. You will also need to include a note inside the package detailing your name, address, phone number, reason why you’re sending it back and RMA number (included in email).
When shipping the product you are responsible for any losses. For that reason, you may like to take out insurance up to the price of the product. When we have received the returned product your refund/replacement will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds are only available within 30-days of the purchase date.
After 30 days exchanges are available for faulty items within the 12 month warranty period.
For the purposes of these Cancellation Rights, these words have the following meanings:
distance contractmeans a contract concluded between a trader and a consumer under an organised distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded;
sales contractmeans a contract under which a trader transfers or agrees to transfer the ownership of goods to a consumer and the consumer pays or agrees to pay the price, including any contract that has both goods and services as its object
